Application Status (AppStat): Indicates where calls end - if the AppStat is greater than 100, the call is considered complete.
Call Status: shows a high-level view of total calls and completion rates:
Live Call Distribution: displays a breakdown (in 6 second increments) of how long the caller stays on the line, with percentages
Telco Time: both A-leg (caller initiated) and B-leg (redirect to call center)
