IVR Concepts responded to the client's needs with a custom interactive voice response (IVR) utilizing speech recognition. the application permits the caller to locate the nearest authorized repair shop, troubleshoot their equipment, and have access to frequently asked questions. Speech recognition was used as the solution is used in both the United States and Canada. Canadian alpha-numeric postal codes needed to be recognized, as well as US ZIP Codes. By scripting the FAQ's, and help files, this solution eliminated the need for a large staffed call center. |
