The ImMediaPoll platform was a low cost solution that met all the clients’ needs. Call blocking was put in place to prohibit repeat votes from a single phone number.
Over a 10 week period, with contestants being voted off weekly, callers were able to cast their vote for their favorite candidate quickly and efficiently. With large volume capacity no busies were received for 1st time voters. The client was able to view real time results via the ImMediaPoll secured website. For pennies a call, the client was able to collect accurate data and announce results “LIVE”. Exported data gave the client the ability to analyze viewer demographics and calling patterns. The show won an Emmy award in its major market.
